Paul Brett is currently co-ordinator of e-learning at the University of Wolverhampton (UK), based in the Centre for Learning and Teaching (CELT).

Previously he was Senior Lecturer in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) in the School of Languages and European Studies from 1992 and has taught EFL since 1982 in Venezuela and Dubai. He completed his Phd in July 1999. The Phd thesis investigated the effects of multimedia on language learning. He was responsible for designing and creating 6 multimedia CD-ROM titles called English for Business for learners of Business English. He has also worked as part of a team of writers to develop a series of 4 CD-ROMs Citizen of the World, for General English. Both series are published by Edulang.
